Subscription Cancellation:
It will take ECEC one month to process your Stream Theory cancellation. This means that you will have to make your last payment and continue to use the service until that last month is out. If your payment was already made, you must continue that month before your subscription is canceled. No refund will be issued on a Stream Theory subscription cancellation.
Shipping:
Depending on product and orders received it will normally take 1 week to ship your EVO unit. However, if customized or painting is needed it will take 1 to 2 weeks depending on the current volume of orders. Base units may already be available for shipping.
Refund and Exchange Policy
1. The EVO Phase One (E-P1) system must be returned in its original shipping box, with all accessories shipped with it. This includes packing slip, any other paperwork that was shipped with the system, the product ID number undamaged, in clean and brand-new condition. Any condition other than stated will not be accepted, and will be shipped back to customer.
2. If unit is unopened, it may be returned within 30 days of original purchase date for a full refund.
3. If the unit is opened, it can be returned within 30 days of the original purchase date, with a 15% restocking fee.
4. Any accessory found to be faulty can be returned for a full refund after 30 days from its original purchase date. It must be returned in its original box, with all paperwork including packing slip.
5. After 30 days from the original purchase date the product can only be exchanged for the same item.
6. If a memory device is exchanged with any customer saved data or information stored on it, Envizions Computer Entertainment Corp. (ECEC) is not responsible for the transfer of such information to any device returned to the customer.
7. Computer software and video games are returnable (or exchanged for a different title) only if the packaged is unopened.
8. Computer software and video games that have been opened can only be exchanged for the same title.
9. Service, delivery and installation charges are non-refundable once preformed.
10. Refunds will be issued in the exact manner the payment was issued. If paid using a credit card, the card will be credited, if a bank account was used, the account will be credited.
